The MWR Motorsport Ducati mechanics were the first to get their hands on the new Chain Monkey at the British Superbike round of Knockhill. The version of Chain Monkey used is specifically designed for the motorcycle industry and was utilised all weekend by the mechanics when setting the chain tension.

Dan Edlin, chief mechanic commented “The Chain Monkey worked perfectly and saved us a lot of time, we were able to spend more time setting the bike up for the conditions rather than fiddling about to get the chain tension correct.”

Although the product was still under wraps, it caught the eye of people up and down the pit lane when it was being used.

Tru-Tension will be revealing some exciting news in the coming months with its links to the British Superbike Championship.
